I’m a well seasoned practitioner, what would I get from this course?
I believe there is always something new to learn, even when engaging with familiar practices.
That being said, something unique to these courses is my perspective and lessons learned throughout my years of study and practice. I do not subscribe to a single form of study and am always looking for ways to blend and layer my experiences in thoughtful lessons and anecdotes. All three courses represent a progression so it is my hope and intention that all learners will find something new while solidifying their own personal practice.

Is this course religious?
While religion is
referenced, it is done so in a holistic manner, and does not single out any
religion or attach these teachings to any specific religion.
